The NHCCA Youth Core Employment Program teaches soft skills and provides on-the-job training for youth and young adults to prepare them for success in a similar position. Youth/Young Adult Techs can take the apply the skills obtained from this program and apply them to full-time employment, specific trades, academics, and entrepreneurship. The fundamentals addressed in the NHCCA Youth Core Program are necessary for creating a culture of INTEGRITY and COMMUNITY. NHCCA requests your support in equipping the future generation with knowledge of community history and the understanding of the benefits of hard work.
